About Rachel

Rachel is a Client Services Administrator within the Investment Team, supporting clients with investment instructions, valuations, and portfolio reporting, while continuing to develop her knowledge across investment services.
She has also supported marketing initiatives and the rollout of new systems.

Rachel began her career in banking in 2019, progressing to a senior role within the Contact Centre before moving to the mortgages team.

She joined Rossborough Financial in February 2025 to support an administrative project, later moving into a permanent role within the Investment Team.

Rachel holds a Professional Banker Certificate - Chartered Banker.
