About Gary

Gary is a Financial Consultant and joined Rossborough Financial in September 2022, having spent the previous 18 months with another local financial adviser firm. He is responsible for the provision of advice and services to both our private clients and corporate clients and their employees on pension and employee benefit solutions.

Gary began his career in the finance industry with Chase Manhattan Bank in 1986, working his way up via their fast-track management programme through the ranks to eventually settle in private client investment management and focusing on dedicated multi-currency bond portfolio mandates. After 8 years with Chase in Jersey and London, Gary spent the next 5 years with UBS as a Senior Private Client Investment Manager, followed by a 2-year spell with SG Hambros in a similar role before moving on to wealth management firm Brewin Dolphin for the next 16 years, as a Senior Investment Manager within the Fixed Income portfolio management team.

Gary has attained the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) Investment Advice Certificate, Certificate in Investment Management and Investment Advice Diploma examinations and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. He has also attained the International Compliance Association’s Certificate in Compliance (distinction) and Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering (merit).
